Our History

Allomet Corporation (formerly EnDurAloy) was incorporated in March 1998 as a Delaware Corporation. Since 1996, the Company has developed proprietary, patented, and proven technologies related to the design, development, manufacture, and processing of specialty composite metal powders. With an international priority date of 13 May 1997, the USPTO issued U.S. Patent No. 6,372,346 entitled TOUGH-COATED HARD POWDERS AND SINTERED ARTICLES THEREOF on 16 April 2002 with all claims intact.

In November 2002, Allomet Corporation moved its headquarters from Savannah, GA, to a 10 acre site in North Huntingdon Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania (USA), where it is starting its first manufacturing plant. Allomet changed its name from EnDurAloy in May, 2003.
